This half-day retreat at the Om Dome is for woman looking for peace in a beautiful setting out in the woods and enjoying time with Nature.  The retreat will be in a yurt and we will connect to nature and and your inner self. 

 

Throughout this half-day retreat, we’ll be discussing and practicing yoga, meditation, journaling & reflection, yoga Nidra + teachings on inner awareness and how to connect to Self.

 

After this retreat you’ll return home with a toolbelt of skills that will help you to be aware of when you are connected to your true nature and how to find your inner Peace and awareness at any time.

Take care of your heart, body and soul so you feel renewed and awake.

Flow of the Day:

  • Introductions & Welcome Circle

  • Gentle Yoga class to balance, nourish and ground

  • Nature Walk for grounding and connecting

  • Learn and discuss- How to work with your thoughts to create greater peace

  • Guided Meditation and Journaling Exercise

  • Mini Break- Light snacks will be provided

  • Teaching Session - Learn to create a morning routine that will elevate and expand for manifestation

  • Restorative yoga postures and Yoga Nidra class - Rest the nervous system 

  • Reflection, Sharing & Closing circle

Over the years, I have attended a few retreats organized and run by Lisa. First of all, she is my favourite yogi. Her authentic energy and faith in all things good is palpable. Lisa ran a retreat for me and 5 friends for a weekend in central Ontario where I live. She did 5 yoga classes, brought essential oils, cards, exercises and fun spiritual conversations. Lisa provided meals and snacks which were not only prepared and served, but delicious, healthy and satisfying.   I  also recommend her for a retreat anytime. Thank you, Lisa, you’ve been a godsend in my life and I’m grateful for your presence.

Doing a yoga retreat with Lisa was the most invigorating and restorative experience I've ever had!

 

I wasn't sure what to expect when I signed up ... all I knew was that I was a knotted up ball of stress and needed to unwind.  The entire experience was geared to exactly that.  Lisa's calm and relaxed nature set the tone from the very beginning.  She prepared healthy food for us to share, recommended different readings for us to explore, and encouraged us to clear our minds and create a mantra to help keep us centred.  

 

Waking up at sunrise to do yoga was incredible!  It started the day off with a calmness that stretched out into the entire day.  We hiked, we chatted, ate whole, healthy food and shared in a collective energy that was healing and supportive.  I came back feeling more refreshed, energized and centred than I could have ever expected.  

 

I HIGHLY recommend this for anyone looking to become more grounded and refreshed.

Our weekend retreat with Lisa was a true blessing.  Inspiring teachings, gentle yoga, breathwork, vegan meals and thoughtful activities.  Lisa is peaceful, easy going, welcoming and supportive.  As a 50+ woman who is no Yogi, I always feel encouraged, supported, accepted and nurtured by Lisa's energy, care and attention.  Time spent being inspired and energized by Lisa's classes and retreats has been super self care for me. I highly recommend it!
