Join Lisa and Stephanie to celebrate the magic of the Summer Solstice! In the beautiful forest setting of Luna Homestead we will Restore and renew body + mind + spirit by spending a day in nature and a gorgeous yurt.  Greet the day with meditation and forest bathing, followed by a morning practise of yoga that weaves breathe with movement. 

Stepping into workshops and restorative practices to heal, connect and Be. 

 

Join us for a full day woman’s retreat on connecting to peace through the practices of meditation, gentle yoga, nature hike, yoga nidra and ending the day with a 90 Minute sound healing bath with Stephanie Heartsong. 

This full-day retreat at the Om Dome is for woman looking to renew, heal, and connect to inner wisdom and and clarity in a beautiful setting out in the woods and enjoying time with Nature.  The retreat will be in a yurt and we will connect to nature and and your inner self. 

Take care of your heart, body and soul so you feel renewed and awake.

Flow of the Day:

  • Introductions & Welcome Circle

  • Guided meditation to centre and arrive (15 min)

  • Gentle Hatha Yoga for the summer solstice (60 min session) 

  • Mini Break- light snacks will be provided

  • Nature Walk and forest bathing, connecting to earth

  • Teaching on Listening to inner voice and journal exercise

  • Break for Lunch

  • Restorative Yoga Postures and Yoga Nidra class ( meditative) - Rest the nervous system  (1 hour) 

  • Break

  • Sound Healing bath with Stephanie Heartsong  (90 min session)

  • Reflection, Sharing & Closing circle

Over the years, I have attended a few retreats organized and run by Lisa. First of all, she is my favourite yogi. Her authentic energy and faith in all things good is palpable. Lisa ran a retreat for me and 5 friends for a weekend in central Ontario where I live. She did 5 yoga classes, brought essential oils, cards, exercises and fun spiritual conversations. Lisa provided meals and snacks which were not only prepared and served, but delicious, healthy and satisfying.   I  also recommend her for a retreat anytime. Thank you, Lisa, you’ve been a godsend in my life and I’m grateful for your presence.

Doing a yoga retreat with Lisa was the most invigorating and restorative experience I've ever had! I wasn't sure what to expect when I signed up ... all I knew was that I was a knotted up ball of stress and needed to unwind.  The entire experience was geared to exactly that. Lisa's calm and relaxed nature set the tone from the very beginning.  She prepared healthy food for us to share, recommended different readings for us to explore, and encouraged us to clear our minds and create a mantra to help keep us centred.  

 

I came back feeling more refreshed, energized and centred than I could have ever expected. I HIGHLY recommend this for anyone looking to become more grounded and refreshed.

Our weekend retreat with Lisa was a true blessing.  Inspiring teachings, gentle yoga, breathwork, vegan meals and thoughtful activities.  Lisa is peaceful, easy going, welcoming and supportive. As a 50+ woman who is no Yogi, I always feel encouraged, supported, accepted and nurtured by Lisa's energy, care and attention.  Time spent being inspired and energized by Lisa's classes and retreats has been super self care for me.
