My name is Lisa Marie

Hi I am Lisa!

 

I’m a 500hr certified yoga & meditation teacher and my passion is teaching women how to align to their true nature and authentic selves and discover greater peace and happiness within. 

 

For years I was searching for something to give me happiness and freedom. I suffered from anxiety and depression and was always looking on the outside. Searching for more love, more things, and busyness to keep my mind going. I felt disconnected and was never comfortable in my body. 

 

One day I went to a yoga class and I felt joy and peace and knew I had to explore.  I became aware that I was sleepwalking through my life, doing the things I thought would make me happy, unaware that happiness is already inside me. 

 

That Yoga class changed my life. I now teach yoga, meditation and spiritual practices. I am passionate about teaching women how to find their true nature and practices to guide them to a more happy, abundant and authentic life.
