Join Lisa Marie and Kelly for a full day at the beautiful Crieff Hills retreat centre nestled on 250 rolling acres of forest and farmland in Puslinch - located just an hour from the Toronto Airport.
This is a retreat for Women, curated by Women. Lisa and Kelly, yogis, best friends and soul sisters forever, have attended many Yoga retreats over the years together at some truly incredible locations: the Shanti on Wolfe island, Kripalu in the Berkshire Mountains, Grail Springs in Bancroft, Costa Rica, Spain, Montreal, Prince Edward County… and they are now bringing these combined experiences to share with you.
Spend the day in gentle Hatha, Restorative and Yoga Nidra balanced with moments of guided meditations, natural movement and time for inner reflection and pause. Nourishing lunch + healthy snacks and an all-day tea/coffee & infused water station provided. Enjoy the Labyrinth walk, Forest Trails and Prayer shelter or take a stroll to see the quaint historical buildings on this picturesque property.

Over the years, I have attended a few retreats organized and run by Lisa. First of all, she is my favourite yogi. Her authentic energy and faith in all things good is palpable. Lisa ran a retreat for me and 5 friends for a weekend in central Ontario where I live. She did 5 yoga classes, brought essential oils, cards, exercises and fun spiritual conversations. Lisa provided meals and snacks which were not only prepared and served, but delicious, healthy and satisfying. I also recommend her for a retreat anytime. Doing a yoga retreat with Lisa was the most invigorating and restorative experience I've ever had! I wasn't sure what to expect when I signed up ... all I knew was that I was a knotted up ball of stress and needed to unwind. The entire experience was geared to exactly that. Lisa's calm and relaxed nature set the tone from the very beginning. She prepared healthy food for us to share, recommended different readings for us to explore, and encouraged us to clear our minds and create a mantra to help keep us centred.
I came back feeling more refreshed, energized and centred than I could have ever expected. I HIGHLY recommend this for anyone looking to become more grounded and refreshed.

Our weekend retreat with Lisa was a true blessing. Inspiring teachings, gentle yoga, breathwork, vegan meals and thoughtful activities. Lisa is peaceful, easy going, welcoming and supportive. As a 50+ woman who is no Yogi, I always feel encouraged, supported, accepted and nurtured by Lisa's energy, care and attention.
